Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identifying new sales leads
• Pitching products and/or services
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
• Researching organisations and individuals online and identify new leads and potential new markets
• Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
• Preparing presentations and sales displays
• Developing quotes and proposals
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
• Developing a structured sales process that new team members can easily follow
• Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met

You can expect a salary based on the applicable collective agreement, which results from your individual qualification and position relevant professional experience corresponding KV classification (annual gross salary starting from € 25.800, -). Overpayment depending on professional experience and qualification is possible.
