Absolutely! You can use our online order tool to preview your goodbag with your logo and design. We’re also happy to give feedback on your artwork and help you choose the best printing option.

We primarily use high-quality screen printing, and we can print on both sides of the bag.

If your design includes gradients, detailed images, or many colors, we recommend transfer printing for the best visual result. Please note that this may come with higher costs.

For screen printing, we need your design as a vectorized file, ideally in .pdf, .ai or .eps format. Vector files allow us to scale your artwork without losing quality, unlike standard raster images with a fixed resolution (.jpeg).

Furthermore, we need the colours as Pantone C color codes, ensuring that we can produce the most exact result for you.

Yes! Before we start production, you'll receive a digital proof from our printing partner. You’ll have the chance to review and approve the design — or request changes — to ensure everything looks perfect.

If we’re shipping from our warehouse in Vienna, delivery within Europe usually takes about 3 weeks. For larger quantities or international deliveries, shipping times may vary – please contact us directly so we can provide a tailored estimate.

Yes, we’re happy to provide a sample bag so you can check the quality before placing a larger order. Just contact us to arrange it.

The shipping costs are dependent on the location and order size. We usually ship smaller orders up to 200 bags as separate parcels via GLS and larger orders on pallets via Dachser. As an estimate, one pallet from Austria to Germany with 500–700 goodbags would cost about 150–200 €.

Our minimum order quantity for custom-printed goodbags is 100 units. If you need a smaller batch, let us know and we’ll see what’s possible!
