When we work with NGOs, they give us an estimate of how much a planted tree or a fished plastic bag costs on average. This monetary value is converted into Seeds and the donation amount to the NGO increases accordingly in the app when users decide to support a project.

All Seeds generated in the stores of our supermarket partners, such as Denner in Switzerland and Feneberg in Germany, are sponsored by these supermarkets. If a donation is sponsored, you can always recognize it by a logo with text when you scan the goodbag in the store. If no logo is shown, we currently cover the donation ourselves. Our long-term goal is, of course, to have a sponsor for every donation.
