I can’t find a specific place. Can you add it to the map?
If you can't find a specific place you can suggest it to us within the goodbag app. To suggest a new shop, tap on “+” on the map screen and fill in the required information.
I can’t scan my goodcup at a place on the map that provides coffee
If you think a store should support goodcups, you can suggest a change. Open the shop in the map screen and select “Suggest changes” and then “I want to be able to scan my goodcup here”.
I can’t scan my goodbag at a place on the map
If you think a store should support goodbags, you can suggest a change. Open the shop in the map screen and select “Suggest changes” and then “I want to be able to scan my goodbag here”.
The location of a place is wrong
If the location of a place is wrong and you can’t scan your goods there, you can suggest a change. Open the shop in the map screen and select “Suggest changes” and then “Shop location is wrong”.
