Conditions of participation

The giveaway is carried out by bgood GmbH (hereinafter “goodbag”).

Natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Austria, Germany or Switzerland are entitled to participate.
To participate in the giveaway, all necessary conditions displayed in the posting must be met.
The organizer reserves the right to adapt, change or cancel the giveaway if the need arises.
The participant agrees that his / her Instagram name can be published on Instagram by goodbag if he / she wins
The participant agrees that his / her data can be saved and processed by goodbag for the implementation of the giveaway and passed on to third parties (e.g. post office) to the extent necessary. After the prize has been carried out, the data will be deleted from goodbag.
The participation in this giveaway is free and does not involve any purchase obligation.
The winner will be randomly chosen, announced via the Instagram comment function and informed by private message.
Only one prize per giveaway draw is possible per participant.
The winner must send an email to [email protected] or send a private message to the Instagram page of goodbag (goodbagofficial) with their address details within 3 working days.
The participants are responsible for the correctness of the given data.
If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize can be raffled again among all participants and the original winner’s claim to a prize expires.
goodbag assumes no liability or guarantee for the profit received or a certain quality or intrinsic value of the profit.
No cash redemption, exchange or transfer of the prize possible.
No correspondence can be conducted about the giveaway.
Comments that violate the Facebook (Instagram) guidelines, Austrian law and / or the copyright will be removed after they have been acknowledged and without notice. The participant is thus excluded from winning.
The competition is not connected to Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook.
